Environmental Services & Consulting (ES&C) has provided environmental consulting and laboratory services to clients nationwide since 1999. From project design to the final report, our team of biologists, scientists, technicians and associated chemists, engineers and geologists, gets the job done right, on time, and on budget.
ES&C began the basement of the Lynde home in Southwest Virginia. Stuart Lynde was providing taxonomic support for professional service firms and state agencies while finishing is doctoral studies. By 1999, it was apparent that the success of the company was going require more than his basement office. In November 1999, Environmental Services & Consulting, LLC was formed in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and a new office was opened in Blacksburg’s Historic National Bank building.
In 2005, ownership of the company, changed to Katherine Lynde, who had continually played an important role in the direction and focus of the company. Today ES&C is a woman-owned certified HUBZone small business serving clients nationwide.
